About Your Host

Hi, I'm Alison!

I'm on a quest to help you feel like a great version of yourself!

As a business owner delivering training in workplaces and for membership organizations, I meet a lot of people who are feeling really BLAH, stretched too thin

I'm a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) trainer, a burnout prevention specialist, a wellness advocate and a mom of 2 with lived experience of burning out and then struggling with my mental health.  I don't want that to happen to you! It can feel super overwhelming which is why I've created this training, so we can start small for BIG impact.

Let's do this!

"One of the standout aspects of the training was Alison's ability to effectively incorporate her personal experiences and samples into the material. This added a genuine and relatable touch to the session, allowing us to connect with the content on a deeper level".
